Please join us for a University Roundtable Discussion on EPA's Food Recovery Challenge,sponsored by the Environmental Finance Center at Syracuse University. The Food Recovery Challenge, part of the Sustainable Materials Management Program, challenges participants to reduce as much of their food waste as possible -- save money, helpin communities, and protecting the environment.
This roundtable is designed to provide an overview of the Food Recovery Challenge, as well as an open forum for university representatives from campus sustainability divisions, dining services, environmental clubs, and environmental studies departments to exchange best practices for going green and reducing organic waste at the unviersity-wide scale.
